Has anyone kept up with whom ended with the AMT model line?
history until now?
on another site someone just purchased some retro kits.......? pre '77 style

AMT were purchased by Lesney’s Matchbox Toys division during 1979. The current owner of the AMT 'Brand' are Round 2 and since 2012 have been re-issuing model kits with some of the original tooling as well as adding new tooling based on classic kit subjects. There is no connection at the moment to any Lesney or Matchbox products.
