So what is the 'correct' etiquette for leaving feedback on ebay?
I normally wait for feedback if im selling, just to make sure that the item has arrived, and the buyer is happy with his/her purchase so i can rectify any problems if they occur.
At the moment i have 13 items i sold, from back to January 13th,and still no feedback, all paid for and posted.
When i receive an item ive bought,if alls ok,ill leave feedback straight away.

Re: Ebay etiquette
There are no rules like anything else on tinterwebb. Some people (buyers and sellers) just can't be bothered to leave feedback. Annoys me as well.

Re: Ebay etiquette
I leave it, if quite satisfied or completely dissatisfied there can be no in between,on the fence I pass.
only 50 % of sellers leave it for me
basically it is a farce specifically designed to give false security
1/2 of those leave it automatically as payment process............. really nothing else a buyer can do to rate higher
1/2 of the remaining only once I give them 5 * of the meaningless choices
as buyer with a good seller you have 2 choices do nothing or meaningless bla bla + 5* for all boxs anything less and seller gets higher fees or not promoted in pop ups, buried in a search or loss of ghost bids(but * questions are limited to leading answer)
buying the item is the answer for 2 questions most every time.you accepted the costs/dates so say yes you liked the terms
if you are forced into (no choice) inflated shipping why ask if $12 was ok when $5 would have been enough?
if delivery estimate of 3-21 days, changes to day of delivery why ask if it occurred within the month or x day?
you emailed for a week to get seller to combine 3 items to 1 shipment BIN $8 vs $20 shipping why ask if final cost is ok?
