Thanks to Andrew (from the MoyBoyz forum) I now have an issue 5 Y5-3 1907 Peugeot in yellow with the gold roof !
A model I was looking for a very long time.

Happy with this one.

The version that Marcel is showing above is a very hard one to find as this body colour issue from the 1969 to 1972 production period is usually fitted with a black roof, the gold roof being assigned to the new facelifted range for 1973.

I have resized the picture and cleaned it up slightly for better viewing.

You have to be careful with these, and the orange and black counterpart as many a roof swap has been carried out. There are telltale signs when this has happened.

thanks Kevin for the restive and update of the photo.

Bob, this came from a collector we know for a long time so hope this one is ok. It looks o.k. to me but of course I am not the expert you and some others are for these small details.

That is a beautiful model. You are very lucky to have it. It implies that old parts were laying around in the factory from the pre-woodgrain era and assembled at the same time during the woodgrain era. Quite a few different examples of various models like that have appeared.
