Hi Jason,
Thank you for the kind remarks. It took good note-taking and patience to accumulate so many different variations over the years. Always a good day when another variation is added to the collection, not too good for the display area though as it is full to capacity.
Charlie

Hi Charlie,
Still looking for the all over Lime Green on this model, I do have this later one that was from a Lesney Employee that worked in the R&D.
The lever actually works very well to lift the tipper, this one has the MX boss at the rear. J

Re: K4C Leyland Tipper
Well had my eye on this little lot. Had an auto back marker in of £102 but it wasn't enough .... they went for 103.11p (someone bidding £101.11p voided my auto bid but it wouldn't have won anyway).
I already have an all pea green Wates version but look closely .... there is an all pea green "LE" version in there. Probably the only one ever made.
A bit grubby but I reckon it would clean up.

I put the link in the eBay section last night but it has been taken down for some reason

It was a link to a live auction, something we do not do on VBD. You were sent a PM (which you have not picked up) explaining the situation.AJR wrote:A-Man-Called-Bwian wrote:A pea green Wates is on eBay for £800
