How much is too much for this Dinky 562?

Post by Squid »

On a whim, I recently searched for a Dinky 562 on eBay. Much to my surprise, I found one in the States with a decent starting bid. At this point, I intend to become this model's next owner (though having two three-day weeks in a row might put a crimp in that plan). Since I know next to nothing about Dinky, and have never owned a Dinky, I have this question for the board's experts: what is a good top price for this model? This is the model in question. Thanks to all who are willing to advise.

$75 (US dollars, about £60 pounds sterling) could get you a mint in box example so anything up to this should be adequate for the example you want.

Perhaps I should set aside a little money each week for a mint boxed example! Meantime, I feel okay with increasing my maximum bid, and have done so. Thanks for the advice, Ghosty!
