No. Silver wheels weren’t in use by 1965, when the Corsair was introduced.

Although a lot of collectors get confused, between the Light Grey and Silver wheels so they call them Silver/Grey. This is seen so often on Auction sites even when it comes to shiny Metal Wheels.
