The Jaguar is a repaint so well spotted Jason. Unfortunately the 26b has fine BPW and not SPW.

However neither of these and the other answers match the slightly harder to find models that I was pleased to receive in this job lot :D

Anyone care to guess again? :) :)

You may need to magnify the photo to help find one of them. :)

Does the Radio Rentals van have grey wheels?

One of the Commer milk floats looks very pale - a repaint? The top of the Pickfords removals van also looks a strange colour or is that just the light?

Hello Sebastian,

Could it be the 1e Mercedes Truck earliest casting without the rear fender braces ?

Hi all

Thanks for all the interest shown but none of the guesses are correct

However I think Dr. Jeep has come the closest

The slightly harder to find models (in my humble opinion are)

1 Top left of the photo is an Opel Diplomat peeping its nose in - it has the grey engine - a pleasant surprise as none of the seller photos showed this

2 The Ford Refuse truck has the clear plastic insert with the thin casting line on the chassis and the rarer very thin plastic brace

3 The Milk float behind the Refuse Truck has the reversed crates and is the later model with rivets so I don't think there has been any tampering with the base

I think the Cortina is the NIck Jones code 1 but I am not sure whether this is harder or easier to find

The green gunge on the Milk float has been removed with just water and cotton buds and a small toothbrush and looks a bit better now

Original photos of the Opel and Commer below

Thanks again for all the interest shown :) :)

Picked this job lot up a few weeks ago - as most of the models are in quite good condition I think it was a bit of a bargain at £11

I bought it to get one of the models that can be slightly harder to find :) :) though a couple of the others were a nice bonus

Can you guess which model can be slightly harder to obtain ?

Happy Collecting :D

I'm going to guess it's the Hatra. Does it have the square differential?

There's another one of those horse box models with a tan chassis. Two in the last two pages of posts and this is a hard model to find!
