George, looking at the model on the right I think you have chosen an example with the 'High' rear wheel arch and it is difficult to see if this model has the trim strip along the waistline.

The picture below has highlights for the 'Low' rear arch and the waistline trim strip.

The very first 'Superfast' version of #24 used a body casting almost identicle to the last regular wheel version which included that trim strip.

If the model on the right in your picture matches my picture above then I appologise for this posting.

Hello Kevin I thought you might post in about this one, I only used a basic #24c model, not a particular variation. I read some where that the last regular wheel and the 1st superfast model were almost the same casting. This the last casting of the 24c model.
