Base: Silver plated.
Base legend: K-23 Mercury Police car; K-23 Mercury Commuter.
Wheels: Black rubber tires with chrome hubs or Spiro (superfast).
Windows: Clear.
Interior: Red.
Tow hook: Red.
Dome lights: Blue.
Labels: Police in blue or dark blue.

Thank you Charlie. It looks like it is the same base used on full production models implying the yellow body is a trial colour maybe, for a civilian car version similar to the lime green issues.

Recently added this one with 5 spoke hubs, labels are discoloured but the model is quite good.
