Martin Avis.

Post by nickjones »

Hi all.
I would just like to inform fellow forum members that that our good friend and forum moderator Martin Avis suffered a stroke on christmas day. I'm sure I speak for all when I say that we are all hoping you make a full and speedy recovery, Martin is still recovering in hospital but the fact that he emailed me to let me know is a very good sign that he is making a good recovery, Get well Martin.

That's terrible news at any time and doubly so on Christmas Day.
Here's wishing you a speedy and complete recovery, Martin!

Martin, you will be in my thoughts and I wish you a speedy recovery! This place would not be the same without you. Your moderator duties and point of view is something I value very highly. Wishing you all the best and a full recovery.
It might be time to start my "Bucket List."

aw how sad....sorry to hear this...get well Martin...we need you round here!
Please use a web hosting site (like photobucket) to store pictures so you can post them here, using attachments makes it hard to view the pictures when you have to scroll to see them. Seeing comparisons of models is hard to see with attachments too.

Yes, Martin! Listen to your physicians and chase those nurses. Nurse chasing can be quite therapeutic from what I understand. We need you around here as I've come to value you as a voice of reason and sound judgment. We'll be missing that until you're return.
