Early Cement Mixer
Early cement mixer with orange barrel and dark grey wheels. Axel is crimped at both ends.
Nicks listing does not describe this combination but includes a Vectis auction photo.
MOYboy shows one in his large scale pre-Lesney collection in a 2016 photo on this posting.
Is this color combination uncommon or rare?

Re: Early Cement Mixer
My barrel is more an orangey red which looks like yours. Well known version and would not class as rare but probably second to the dark green versions followed by the red body with green barrel For rare I go for the orange /black versions and still have to find one. The yellow wheel version is, I think, a bit harder to find as well.

Re: Early Cement Mixer
Thank you MOYboy and Diecastfan for the more knowledgeable insights on this model.
This is my first pre-Lesney casting from the Moko Group so I am very pleased.
It sounds like there are many variations and Nicks listing for this item may not be complete.
Does any one have a more complete listing of the variations and their relative common-ness or is there a good online resource?
Thank you
Kurt

Look on my site matchboxmemories Kurt. Most colour combinations that I know of are listed under the 'Early Toys' link there.
