Hi is the Rover yellow, as it looks quite dark i have a lighter yellow one. Pete

Hi yes it is yellow sort of mid-yellow not lemon or orangy yellow

Afew more that arrived the other day the Revin Rebel is a oops the side tampo has droped.
The Mack Dump Truck is i think either a pre-pro or colour trial?
The Iron Fairy is a nice model and box.

Very nice models, the Mack looks superb. Never seen one of those , a very nice find.

When i saw the Mack on ebay i was'nt sure about it the images wer'nt very clear so
checked on Christians site and it was shown and i was the only bidder so got it at
a very good price.

Hi Dave,thats an exceptionally rare preproduction-prototype Mack truck u acquired so congrats & well done! 8-) :D
Now do the comparisons against the production run and kindly let us know what differences u find.
BTW the specimen on Christians site happens to be in my collection.

Have done some comparasions,

The obivous being the wheels and hubs
Rear axle cover hole in base/no ribs to base/thicker ribs to front
Radiator/Bumper thicker creating a complete filler cap.

These are the ones i can see.

Great model -the only preproduction models I have seen are in all over blue (Harveys matchbox site has several of these for sale)

Any chance of some close up photos of the Mack? :) :)
