E4 boxes
E4 boxes
Regarding E4 and E4R boxes, is there a general consensus as to scarcity? I have duplicates, some of models which I really don't want, only because it is in an E4R box. Would you let go a duplicate 4-D super common Stake Truck in a E4 or E4R box? Trying to lighten my load a little......

Re: E4 boxes
Hi Mike,
Good question but unfortunately, I don't have an accurate answer… I would say that scarcity does not play a major role when it comes to E4 boxes, especially with and without the "R". Maybe some late models that were originally been released without the R (with and without "New Model") are a bit less common, but nothing to command any special price or interest.
However, the E3R are definitely less common (13D, 35B and 56B). Again, I would not expect to pay a premium for those, but since these models have many different E boxes, it's nice to have that one in your collection.
Hope it helps a little !
