"Original" and "new decals" are contradictory to one another. There are definitely some monkeyshines with these listings.

Hello all,

you'd better keep your hands off from "modelcarserfurt"!
The seller once even had a shop in Erfurt that failed after a short time - so he went on with selling on ebay.
"Nicole" is the official owner of the ebay shop, but actually is just the girlfriend of the man behind the business.
There have been several members of the German "Matchboxmania" forum who have had (and who might probablby still have) massive legal problems with the seller!
The seller still tries to sell dubious items for big money, but certainly most of the times for much lower money than for what the real deals sell for - so he tries to catch the unaware collectors who expect to have made their best buy ever!

THIS IS A BUYERS BEWARE!

...and now it's back on as a BiN (from the same seller) priced at EUR 1,505.

Here’s an example, I think - perfect paint with a worn base and poor axle crimping. The English-speaking buyer was pleased - I hope it’s not someone here.
