Essentially yes, but those used for the Superfast range have additional blocks moulded to the underside of the deck where the trailer arms hold onto the deck.

The Regular Wheel boat exists without and then with the same blocks.

If you come across a #9d Superfast boat and trailer without the blocks, it is really the wrong boat for the trailer!
