Here is Malcberry's base picture with enhancement.
Checking this model's entry on Nick's code page, it seems to have the narrow area between the rear axle openings and the Two small triangular braces. So it seems to be the later base.
thank for the interest but after looking again I think it might be a fake it looks like the back of the base plate as got a slight lip where the wheels fit through
and the axle as got a slight bend to it but the rivets for base plate all look undamaged same as wheel rivets. front wheels seem undamaged around front of base plate I have included a few more photos so you can give me your opinion thank you malcolm

I think the rivets look ok, but it does look like the wheels might have been swapped without taking the base off. As well as being bent, the back axle is probably a bit short, which would make it possible to force the wheels on or off. On the front, the clue will be on the left side, which has probably been hammered.
that's what I though,t will move on and look for another rare one will still display it with the rest will put some photos I my collection soon
when I can sort out sizing of photos have got complete series one now with 90%of boxes now looking for variation now also got complete
set of series 1 and 2 of moy with a lot of variations
This one makes two wheel challenges in the timeline I've seen in the last week or so. A member was just questioning DTE's Landy fire engine with knobby gray plastic wheels.

It’s probably worth a close look at the others too, just in case. I hope it wasn’t expensive. It’s a shame it was done. Even the most common 66as fetch a decent amount in good condition. It wasn’t in the range for long, and it’s a nice little model, though it really would have benefited from windows and a more convincing colour.
