Has there been a discussion on the model numbers being cast on the wheels of early 75s and if so which models had it..I have a Jaguar D type thats just come in and having photographed it and looked closely there is a definate 41 on the tyre wall side..... :?

You might have noticed a post or two showing a non matching numbered metal wheel on an early Lesney, but there has never been too much discussion on these early numbered metal wheels. A bit Dim?

Maybe this post could be renamed so its easier to understand and stands out as a wheel number ref guide..

I don't have an Australian version, but It's probably the same as this Birtish version...
