It will come as no surprise to many that I don't like most of the castings made after 1965. There are a couple of exceptions, for me, and the Mercedes truck and trailer are superb castings IMHO. Over the years I have done many customs based on this truck and here's my latest: The "City of Kent Sewer & Highways" truck. It has red hubs and a satin cream paint job. In the bed one can find a pile of pea gravel (with a shovel in the pile), a wheel barrow with a pick axe inside, two men working signs, two traffic cones, a broom, a jack hammer and a bucket.
