Hi Ghosthunter

I think this is actually a model of a Holt as it has the letters HOLT on the side in black and is grey in colour rather than the usual caterpillar yellow

According to Wikipedia - Holt tractors were a range of continuous track haulers built by the Holt Manufacturing Company in the USA and some were made in Lincoln in the UK

According to another internet site that deals with tractors "In 1925, Holt merged with rival Best to form the Caterpillar Tractor Company."

cheers mate for that info looks like a lot of stuff was made in Lincoln home of the ruston company
