Black wheels, yellow, without rivets (so code 7) but also without "BY LESNEY" on the base. Bits of the S and the N are just visible. Perhaps all the "without rivets" are like this?

I like the new list! I wonder if my "no Lesney" 24b is more yellow than orange-yellow? It's similar to the yellow Hatra.
