2c Muir Hill Dumper wheels

The earliest 2c Dumpers have thin brackets for the front axels and shouldered BPW wheels.

Do all of these shouldered wheels have the “Lesney” “England” text or do some not have the text?
A 2010 update on Nick’s listing mentions adding a new variation based on the text.
But I don’t see the text mentioned in the variation table.
