Models without silver trim.

Models without a silver grill and tank.
Did the painter slept? ;)

Good eye! Normally, the 11a YELLOW tankers have silver trim on the tanks and front grille. It is always possible that some slipped thru the process without the "detailing" (either completely absent of just the tanks absent). I think the absence of trim (mostly gold) is more prevalent on the red models -- especially the later 11b tankers.
The 21c Milk Float had a 8 year run so the front trim will probably vary somewhat over the years (different factory processes) -- normally, the front grille and bumper have silver trim & sometimes the front headlights have trim. Your model is an early run version and appears to have "some" silver trim on the grille and bumper unless that is all "chipping" .
Ahhh, the fun of exploring regular wheel variations................!
