...I voted, moved away from the post, come back to it and voted again and the extra vote is registered, 17,776 then 17,778 (someones put a vote in between my Two).

We could see an early conclusion to the final results...

Having just tried it myself, it does seem that it is possible to place (at least) two votes in quick succession. However, since i) there is no way of knowing whether anyone else has voted in the meantime, and ii) the website does not return an error if your vote is not registered, it is impossible to prove it one way or the other.

I have tried several times with either seconds or minutes in between and never achieved any increase in the result.

Actually I am not even certain if my votes are counted at all. The organization is called "National Toy Hall of Fame", which indicates that it pertains only to the USA. Therefore it is possible that only votes from IP addresses within the USA are counted.

BTW I want to suggest that anybody who has the power to do so should edit the title of this thread, for it is about the "Toy Hall of Fame", not the "Diecast Hall of Fame", which is something different.

Done! (Note to Moderators: this is achieved by editing the title of the first post in a thread.)

Just came from voting again, I see we've come from behind and have a bit of a lead. Keep voting!
It might be time to start my "Bucket List."

There are only 1248 members on the Forum and yet over 18500 votes have been cast so far. Where are all these votes coming from? Something is not right it just doesn’t add up. :?

It would be great to get some of these voters to join our forum Kevin!
