Vote for Matchbox on Toy Hall of Fame

Post by jimgallegos »

I was shocked to see that Matchbox has not yet been inducted into the Toy Hall of Fame. It is an iconic brand that everyone I know calls all small die cast vehicles. Well, It's not. I plased the website below and ask all to vote daily on each device including your cell phone. Yes, you can vote daily. We are currently in 3rd place for this year but I am sure we can make it with yor help. Please vote and share with all you know.

Thanks all.

...and done.

Without Matchbox there would not be 'Hot Wheels' a World changing brand!

Can't see why they need votes Jim when it is known worldwide that it was one of the greatest toys ever produced. Nearly every boy ( and some girls) from that era had a Matchbox car of some sort. They include Pez, My Little Pony etc in their photo which were never as big as Matchbox.

Checking the stats today, they are showing that Matchbox Cars have pulled ahead of the Wiffle Ball- by a bit- in the voting and are now holding second place, still trailing behind those dasterly Pez dispensers !

PEZ Candy Dispenser 35.22% (4,196 votes)
Matchbox Cars 20.46% (2,438 votes)
Wiffle Ball 19.72% (2,350 votes)

Keep voting and keep sharing !!! lets pull ahead and show em just how popular they were and are .
