None of the NAMC’s “Catalog of all Series Matchbox Models” (second edition), the AIM's “1-75 Series Regular Wheels” catalogue (second printing, 1983), Stannard, Houghton, or Leake ("Concise Catalogue of 75 Series Matchbox Toys by Lesney" (4th edition, reprinted 2006)) lists any variation not already catalogued by Nick. However, NAMC does note that the KGPW (presumably 9 x 20) come in light and dark grey, whilst another model (variation code 7-2G) comes with "narrow GPW" (something also referred to on other model and occasionally touched on in this Forum).
U.K. Matchbox did not examine the model.
7b Ford Anglia
Re: 7b Ford Anglia
There are some unlisted variations. I think that the change with/without red trim variation is by BPW 9x24 (Stannard´s code 13-14)
a) with MS rear silver § red trim
b) with MS rear red trim
c) without rear red trim

c) without rear red trim

Re: 7b Ford Anglia
Is the model without windows a real variation or just an oops?

I guess it's just oops, if someone does not have a second model.mbox2000 wrote:Is the model without windows a real variation or just an oops?
