Re: Help needed indetifying some models
Hi Fordy,
This time I've sent the PM to you instead of myself which might help!
These are all Postwar, just to confirm.
Cheers

Corey so sorry to hear of your loss, particularly now when your fathers collection is coming to international attention.fordy81 wrote:Sorry I've not posted pictures up yet.
Sadly my dad passed away, so for obvious reasons I've been a bit pre-occupied.
It is quite a collection and a very nice, personal legacy. I imagine your father would be pleased to hear about the interest and excitement his collection has raised.
Enjoy!
Kurt
Happy hunting!

Re: Help needed indetifying some models
The Red phone box looks Dinky but if their name does not appear on it anywhere it could be a copy.
I don't recognise the road signs with that flat pole design.

Hi all,
Yeah that looks like a Dinky phone box, if it is it will have Dinky Toys Meccano cast into the panel without windows, I don't know enough about the other stuff to say, the soldiers, signs, pumps etc are about of the same period by the look of them.
The light plane looks postwar, quite hard to find I think, no expert on planes though...
Cheers
