Feeling a little jealous.
I'd love to have any of those including the Blue Box models as I collect them too!

Condon (and the length is actually just shy of 4").
Very rare but, unlike the dumpers, not particularly collectable.
It is my belief that this model was the inspiration for the 5a bus (c.f. 2a), although Jack Odell chose to copy the Dinky product rather than Condon's cruder offering.

You can, but you would be incorrect! :D
It is a Charbens. (The Benbros version, although very similar, has treads cast on the front wheels.)

I don't think Moko ever made anything (except profits). They were an agent, providing distribution and sales channels to overseas and smaller UK toy manufacturers.

Not many toy tractors have a Lady driver, so therefore this is one of the 'Pure Rubber/Benbros' models. It does have connections with 'MOKO', the model fitted with knobbly front wheels was later issued in a Moko box.

Always learning something new on these forums... sure I've got a couple of these lady drivers on tractors somewhere...

There are quite a few variations of this Tractor like a separately cast steering wheel means it is an early model linked to the 'Pure Rubber Co' separately from Benbros. With a cast to the main body steering wheel, it is directly marketed by Benbros, both of these with smooth front wheels.

I think there is a fuller dscription of the Pure Rubber Co connection to Benbros in this book...http://rogergsmith.typepad.co.uk/publis ... ation.html
