Re: Other U.K. Brands...
Thank's Alex, It's something I wanted to do for years but never got round to it and it was supposed to work alongside and compliment another Rolls-Royce models website based in France, but that one has recently closed it's doors to model collectors, just concentrating on real Rolls-Royce cars etc.
Be safe Alex, see you soon, Kevin.

Re: Other U.K. Brands...
Please note...
I have changed the 'Link' to my Rolls-Royce models website, so now it takes you to the better site, the second version, with specific sections on Corgi, Dinky and Matchbox.
If you looked into the first version, please have another look at the second better version, this is the one I can edit and keep fine tuning and there is already a direct 'Link' back to this 'Forum'.
Many thank's,
GHOSTHUNTER.

Re: Other U.K. Brands...
The Ghost Club (UK)...I have noticed that the Spot-On catalogue image in the 'SPOT-ON' Section is distorted, I will rectify this as soon as I can, normally if you just 'Refresh' the page this sort of problem is corrected, but it does not do it with that image.
If any of the other images are not displayed, just refresh the page and it should be OK.
Thank's,
GHOSTHUNTER.

Good luck Ghosty, I had a little browse around and it looks very promising. I hope you have a back-up

The new Spot-On book is here.
The brand new 'Spot-On' book is now available from an E-BAY listing, by the author. I looked through the proof printing copy at the recent Sandown Park toy fair, and had a detailed conversation with one of the guys promoting it (sorry, I have forgotten his name) and it looks to be a very comprehensive reference work on all aspects of the 'SPOT-ON' brand and toys to carry the 'SPOT-ON' brand name, including of course the range of 1/42nd scale diecast vehicles. I went streight to the Rolls-Royce and Bentley models sections and have good news for collectors of these two car makes, it details as many colour issues as they had access to, at least two private collections and I checked to see if they had included the very first version of the Rolls-Royce Silver Wraith with the gloss black baseplate and yes, they have!
I thouroghly recommend this book and it will make a nice companion to the 'Great Book of Corgi' and the 'Great Book of Dinky' as it is in the same size.
It is £63 in the UK, with £10 or so postage for packing.
The EBAY ITEM NUMBER for this book is...261338616573.
It has been created by...Brian Salter, Nigel Lee and Graham Thompson.

Re: Other U.K. Brands...
Just as the weather broke, I managed to grab a few models and capture them. They range from the tiny Tie-pin model in the white box, to the scarce Western Models Phantom II Sedanca Deville, next to the Japanese Matchbox Silver Shadow box.
