I agree with the thinking behind those 'DUNLOP TYRES' decals. By the time this Bus was in service the Dunlop script would be in a form of 'Italic'...DUNLOP TYRES and the tyre image would have been dropped in favour of the letter 'D' inside Red arrowed lines.

The actual script used on those decals has eluded me so far, as no Dunlop Tyres adverts have been found by Google that match, so the decals certainly are of a different date period to the model they are on.
