Hi Ritchie.

It's difficult identifying these types of models as there are quite a number of them in existance. Yours certainly looks similar to one I have in the collection and looking at the definition of the casting and the filled-in windows, I would suggest it is another 'Charm Bracelet' model cast in poor quality Zamac (Mazac or sometimes called 'Pig Iron'), then plated in 'Gilt' finish which is a Gold coloured substitute finish like the little ''FAB 1'' bracelet model in the same articles's picture.

Compare this with a proper Gold version and the obvious difference is the colour of the metal as shown in my composite picture below.

My model on the right in Gold is more refined and has a smoother finish. It is designed as a Gentleman's Tie-Pin or if you have Two they could possibly be used as Cuff-Links.

You can usually get a copy from the newsagent that sell international press at larger train stations. It is quite a bit more expensive than in Britain but available.

Thanks, the smooth finish looks fabulous. So at the bottom was it supposed to have something attached to enable the function as a bracelet charm or a tie-pin?
