LLEDO Grey Set
Can anyone tell me the story behind these? I have 17 LLEDO castings, all with Days Gone baseplates and all models are painted grey. These were found among a collection I am sorting. The price tags on them are somewhat high. I seem to remember they may be very limited runs but I am not sure.

A reported 44 sets were produced during 1986 for sales representatives to show prospective retailers. The colour Grey is one of the most nuetrel colours available and shows off the models to their best ability giving retailers a blank canvas they can then imagine a finish of their choice to be used.
Values for single models can be quite high but a full set is worth keeping as a future investment as many sets are separated for specific single models to be sold.
