A rather unusual TP-9 I came across recently:



The Field Car has a silver-grey base, which in combination with the "44" label and silver hubcaps is a variation I had not recorded before.

The Team Matchbox has the "8" label normally found on the single issue.

Great TP find Christian and as you point out the 24b Team Matchbox has the number 8 label normally found on the single boxed issue.

The rarity is the silver base on the 18a Field Car, very hard variation to find with silver base as almost always black base. The roof on the Field Car also looks like it is more a dark Tan or even brown colour than the light Tan but that could just be the lighting showing that. Here are the 2 I had with Silver base and light Tan roof plus 2 others I had with the dark Tan roof as opposed to light Tan, I would be interested to hear back your opinion about the roof colour Christian as it appears you have a variation there that I did not have if it has Brown or dark Tan roof.

It is simply the darker of the two commonly found shades of tan.

I believe that pretty much every possible combination of features on this model (body colour, decoration, base colour, roof colour, interior colour and wheel type) probably exists.

It is a variation then with dark tan roof and silver base as opposed to the 2 I had with light tan roof and silver base. I also believe that any combination is possible but actually seeing one is another matter.
