The idea behind this topic comes from here.
The concept is simple:
1) there are two categories: i) pre-1970 Lesney, and ii) everything else
2) each member may submit photographs and/or details of a maximum of two models, one in each category, which they have added to their collection during the current calendar year (i.e. 2013).
Members are invited to say whether they have the same models in their collections (thereby providing an indication of relative rarity) and, after New Year's Day, may cast a single vote in each category for the model found by someone else during 2013 which they would most like to add to their collection in 2014.
Best Finds of 2013
Re: Best Finds of 2013
Just about my only online delivered-by-the-postman buy this year, Its easy for me to choose this fine 45 tread gpw M2 as my favourite new RW of 2013 although the mib aqua #68b from kwakers is a close 2nd! A bit harder to choose the other most lovely vintage non RW gem that I have added in 2013 so I will think about it for a day or 2!

Re: Best Finds of 2013
Reg, I don't want question you, for it must be the image on my computer, but that Group 6 looks like a standard metallic green, Can you post a comparison pic in daylight?
P.S. I hope i am mistaken.
