Hello all. My name is Tom. I am a relatively new collector, mainly Dinky, Corgi, Britains and some Matchbox. I tend to collect fire and military items from Corgi and Dinky and most categories in Matchbox. I have a rather large collection of vehicles. I guess I should say that I am more of a "new" collector when it comes to gathering information on items I have picked up in the last couple decades.

Thanks for the opportunity to post and read this forum. I am glad I found it.

Welcome Tom! Congratulations on finding and joining the friendliest and most knowledgeable group of Toy collectors ever assembled to enjoy our diecast hobby. While I am involved mainly in the 'Some Matchbox' part of your collection, there will always be an interest in those Toys we also owned, played with, and saw displayed in our stores as younger lads. We Lesney specialists also enjoy owning our favorite Dinky, Corgi, Husky, Britain, and other models, so our interests are shared in our hobby. Hi Tom. A big welcome to the forum. As a new member there will be lots to discover directly connected to what you collect and hopefully other information that you find interesting.

Whatever you collect, we always like to see models from a member's collection, no matter how many times we may have seen the models before, it's nice to see them because you may have some surprises lurking within.

You may have seen your first Corgi posting where I had to resize your image because you posted it in it's original file size. When you get a few spare moments, have a look here...viewtopic.php?f=5&t=21#p117 it will give you some guidance on editing and resizing your pictures. If it does not, you can shout very loudly at me...
