Thanks everyone for the nice comments - I am very happy with the way it has come together.
On the main display case, we had it made by a friend who is a cabinet maker - there are also LED lights behind the white panels to backlight the display. He did an amazing job, although I do wish the door frames were more narrow. (Did I mention that my wife is a total enabler on this whole collection thing?) The small bus case was an eBay acquisition and the tandem cabinet a flea market find that we fitted shelves to for another display purpose. So, yeah, we are both collectors.
I agree that "complete" is a VERY loose term and that it will never truly be complete. However, I do not want to have a collection that I need to store in boxes or filing cabinets and am limited to my 350 sq ft home office. That said, I'm sure you are all correct and there will not be an "end" to these things.
Kwakers - I appreciate that you have a spare 15B but, as you can tell, I definitely have to consider the box. I suspect that it will be extra tough on this unit. PM me if you are interested in having your 15B find a new home, though.
