Yes Steve, they do look to be in different colours. Because the models are not in real mint condition, I can only suggest a bit of fading has taken place and due to my impending House move they are not easy to get hold of to have another look, sorry.

I think a quite few of the regular wheel version's of the greyhound coach which I have looked at the writing is grey...I have a superfast version somewhere and the writing on it is grey too.

I also noticed some of the decals have straight ends and some have slanted.

Hi Steve,

The difference is primarily because the clear window coaches have decals, whereas the later issues changed to labels - the labels being more blue-grey in colour. The other change noted by Lee came later towards the switch to SF wheels, where the leading edge of the label was squared-off rather than diagonal. The issues with decals always had the diagonal leading edge.

Hello everyone

Some more new matchbox models which me and my daddy have bought in the last 2 weeks, the one's I chose are in the first picture and I really like the tank transporter the most...Kai

I tried to get him to take a photo with his new model's but he's gone all conscious recently and very moody and wasn't having any off it :lol:

Hello guys hope you are all well, I haven't been on for a while so will have to look through all your posts to catch
up a bit, I've been doing alot alot fishing this year so not had much chance for anything else, I have managed to purchase a few models, just some different variations of one's I already have plus one huge addition but not to my diecast collection but to my family...I'm a proud dad again and loving it except for the lack of sleep :D

Very nice addition but what are the rivets like, these are often tampered with to change the overall colour of the body. Oh, a few nice models as well... :lol:

Thanks Ghosty and glad to hear you are well...I will sort out that for you all asap but will be a while yet mate as he's only 4 week's old.. :)..he's called Jacob by the way.
