Please use a web hosting site (like photobucket) to store pictures so you can post them here, using attachments makes it hard to view the pictures when you have to scroll to see them. Seeing comparisons of models is hard to see with attachments too.

That oops model is great Jason and one I will be looking out for now, I have a No38 camper(cab and base) which has been modified as a mock up for this model. J

When you get a chance, please post a photo of it. I would enjoy seeing that one.
I always wondered if there was some lack of communication in 1981 and 1982 with the model makers and designers at Lesney with this Ford model and your mock up using the Ford Courier.
This Ford Pick-up with Roll Bar(number 57) was released on blistercards and bubble packs described as the "4x4 Mini Pick-up" ?
The Ford Courier was released as number 13 and 63 as the "Open Back Truck"?
I am guessing that the names got switched accidentally during development. The Yellow and Orange Ford Courier should have been the "4x4 Mini Pick-up" and the full size Ford with roll bar would have been the "Open Back Truck" since the full size Ford Pick-up casting was released at the same time as number 22 in "Big Foot" livery but with a camper shell.

Actually, now that I read this over, I don't know if am expressing my thoughts clearly? Maybe I need a couple more cups of coffee! :?

I have added the Ford Pick-Up with Roll Bar to the title list at the start of this thread on page 1. When we have exact Years of production, I will add this to the same entry.
