Please use a web hosting site (like photobucket) to store pictures so you can post them here, using attachments makes it hard to view the pictures when you have to scroll to see them. Seeing comparisons of models is hard to see with attachments too.

Just a note...

The #72e Dodge delivery Truck was a 1982-83 production item. Is it just outside of this casting show section and maybe needs putting in 'Modern Matchbox'.

The first issue in 1982 came with last type of picture box so wouldn't they belong in this section, the two shown below have wide fat wheels and narrow wheels respectively, as well as dark and lighter blue glass variations.

I believe this section uses the cut off date to determin which models are included, rather than box or place of manufacture on the bases.

Correct. For me any model of this date falls into the modern Matchbox category irrespective of the box they were sold in.

I have jogged my own memory and it is 1981 when I checked back as we have other 1982 models we discussed on this post some time ago...

Therefore should we do same with the 72 Dodge Delivery Truck and tag it on end for ease of reference?
