It seems to be made by Betal (Glasman) from East London, can anyone confirm that?

Yes sure looks like it. I had a very similar car years ago, looked like a copy of a Dinky 30 series Rolls, or a very poor 40a Riley? It wasn't until the wonderful world of the internet that I ever found out who made these.

I agree with this model coming from 'BETAL' but I have never been happy with what model Austin it is based on. It is generally accepted as A30/A35 (A35 has a larger rear screen than the A30), but one must wonder what they were looking at when they decided to make it...
