This is actually not a DS 19. Since it has the third generation front end as made from model year 1968 onward, it can only be a DS 21 or DS 23.

I guess I should show a correct one here, so here goes:
1961 DS 19 at Meggenhofen in 2014. Examples of that vintage usually come only in two-tone colour schemes, so this black and yellow one is the closest I can get to the Matchbox model.
