Nice to see there's a tinplate section on this forum!
Dont have very much tinplate toys in my collection but a few which I really like.
My latest is this great ''Apollo Rocket'' made by Ohta Kasaburo.
Nice feature is when the rocket hits the wall, its sets itself right up and a ladder folds out so the astronaut can get out of it

A superb toy rocket with that working feature. Several versions exist of this toy. It was made in Hungary by 'HOLDRAKETA' (with their name in Red down the side), made in Japan by 'MASUYA' as a 'Moon Rocket' and made in China as the 'Astronaut's Spaceship' and I am sure others exist.
