The crane looks like a variation of model #K114, Taylor Woodrow issue. I don't know what all the extra modelling is.

Hi,
This was part of a series of 4 (that I aware of) released in 1988 - all Macau castings. Yours is RB 2522 V.A.R.M.I.T.
RB 2521 A.L.T.R.A.C.
RB 2522 V.A.R.M.I.T.
RB 2531 T.R.A.P.P.E.R.
RB 2532 M.O.R.G.
