So many Rolls-Royce cars were in Black, it was a stately unoffensive colour and it dried quicker (that's why Henry For said "any colour...). It just does not work on miniature cars so well. Imagine a display cabinet with a row of all Black Rolls-Royce models and then a display of your custom models...which display will stand out as being more interesting to look at... :D

I am so glad Oxford have got themselves organized and are managing to release proposed new models. The Phantom V is looking pretty good and I will now have to look for both new Oxford models at the up-coming NEC toy fair, better start saving me pennies...

Like the Silver Cloud, this is a difficult shape to capture accurately, but on the strength of those pictures above, it seems Oxford have managed it quite well.

Took a while (almost 14 days) but the parcel arrived this evening.
So here the two new Oxford Diecast models with their little nephews.

The Phantom V is absolutely great.

Hi Gerrit.

Only the Phantom III was there, so fingers crossed for the next toy fair this coming Weekend at Sandown Park.

So no PV yet. Hopefully you will find it next weekend.
Meanwhile you could kill the time by watching this video, I advise you to watch it in full, it holds some surprises.
Or maybe you have already seen it.
