I have a couple of models that have axles / hinge pins that keep dropping out due to their not being burred over enough at one end. Both (strangely enough) are on two different car transporters (K8 Guy and K10 Generic) on the top front hinge pin of the trailer.
Hitting the ends with a hammer and rivet tool might bend the axle or worse, chip the paint. Burring with a spinning cup also has the same risks. How did Matchbox do the task (not very well in my case)?
