Re: My latest news
Thank you for the additional photos Stephan. Your 17d Hoveringham with the black base (and perhaps oval rear axel openings) is an earlier version but no silver trim.
I have several Hoveringhams, along with a survivor from my childhood collection. I used to think they were all the same but once you turn them over, more variations come to light.
Enjoy!

Yes it is a code 5 according to Nicks list with oval rear axel openings.MatchboxFreak wrote:Your 17d Hoveringham with the black base (and perhaps oval rear axel openings) is an earlier version but no silver trim.
I wished I could keep all that details in my head.

Hi Stephan
A nice little model, I really like the London bus range but for some reason I never get round to adding any to my collection, I have one I think, the no 5d with the BP longlife decals.

Hi,
today I came home from holiday and a parcel was waiting for me.
And this was inside. Special thanks to Kurt for those two models.

Do you have to do anything with wheels on your models, especially those suffering from play damage.

The
Playworn wheels where cleaned in Isopropanol and then I soak them for one or two days in oil which is normaly used for model locomotives.

Hi Stephan
Another repainted model which in my opinion looks much better than the original colours it comes in, I really like this one.
Thanks for showing
