Same as Brad's. Example from 1970 has solid and hollow wheels.

That is extreme re-tooling. It is a shame Lesney felt the need to chase and hopefully overtake the 'Hot Wheels' product by mimicking that 'Look' by using wider wheels and then of course opened uo wheel-arches. There was no need for it, because making the wheels wider did nothing for the model except say to the kids buying them..."Hey look kids, I also have wide wheels and sparkly paint",OK, the paint work on most of the models did not match or copy 'Hot Wheels', that would have been pushing their luck too far and Lesney may then have been facing claims of copying.
