 I bet you need patience too for those hard to find rare models, I am not saying I wouldn't like to own some rare models but the prices I see them sell for I just can't get my head round.

All the coins shown in the photo's do have the heads of state on the reverse side as you mentioned but I thought I would show you the interesting sides, also I thought I'd mention the coins are legal tender in their own countries but obviously you won't pop off too the shop and spend them, as they are worth alot more than their face value.

I did hear of a young lad once getting a gold sovereign in his change from a visit to the shop, :o I could only wish.

And that tin of coins are well worth checking if you still have them, maybe some of them are worth something you could buy yourself some nice new fancy models with the money. :D

Lots of interesting hobbies here among us diecast collectors and some nice craftsmanship as well.

My hobby apart from diescast collecting is, restoring and re-purposing, for lack of a better word, "junk"
In my community they have a bulky item trash/rubbish day once a month and I like to make the rounds, see what I can find and then drag it home and do something with it. I've restored quite a few bicycles that would have otherwise ended up on the scrap heap..built my long-tail cargo bike from mostly found pieces. Lately I have going after wood and making a few furniture projects.

This is a table I made, from scrap wood.

Thanks Ghosty
I needed a table saw to make it, however I didn't have one. I did however have a circular saw :?: so... I decided to fabricate my own table saw, just need an old kitchen base cabinet to mount it in. As luck would have i just happened to find a base cabinet on big trash day and with a bit of this and that Imounted the circular saw upside down inside the cabinet.. and had a ready made table saw. ;) worked great ! (Disclaimer don't try this at home)

Right, here we go. Coins, stamps, world war 2 memorabilia, canoeing, camping, camper vans, custom vans, custom cars, buses, books, gardening, metal detecting, computers, building websites, bicycles, fishing, politics, yachting. If I can think of any more I'll come back and add them.
Oh yes, females, but they don't seem interested in being collected any more, must be an age thing!.
