I have never seen these SD1 Rover sharpeners out of their packaging, loose at toy fairs, why is this so?

the SD1 pencil sharpener is cool ...what a great excuse to have a toy car on your desk at school

I have a good collection of the sdi stashed somewhere with one pencil sharpener example,but i always regret not buying the resin model on ebay about 10 years ago,it was just out of my reach with a BIN for ages and i always think of that when i see a sharpener model sdi.
