Hi all,
Just wanted your thoughts. So if this is a copy of the Michael Stannard catalogue (it looks like one) and this seller got it through an Estate sale is it legal to sell ??? As I know there has to be some copyright laws...anyone could copy it and say they got it at a estate sale and sell them

Not strictly legal. However, there are thousands more people who want a Stannard's than there are books that exist. The only way to meet that need is reproduction. The current individual who owns the copyright has had their own personal failure at a reprint and (when last heard from) was quite "burned-out" on the whole subject. Since so many are still seeking a copy of Mike Stannard's catalog, these little indiscretions go on without incident ... it's the only way many collectors can ever get a copy.
It might be time to start my "Bucket List."
