I agree, that is one superb looking model in such top condition. I have to ask this, but is there a Regular Wheel model in that colour for the other thread we are running, maybe the Silver Cloud or the VW Beetle!

I managed to buy this #9 AMX Javelin from another well respected Matchbox aficionado a few weeks ago, he had acquired it from a chap who sold him a whole load of very rare prepro and colour trial pieces, neither he or i have ever seen a #9 like this before and we both suspect this also to be a trial piece. Note the bare Mazak baseplate.

As this is probably my most favouritist Superfast model there was no way this very rare model wasn't coming home with me, hope you all like it
